Every crew is different. When selecting a crew, sometimes it pays to find out which crews are around you (see Rovers Victoria website) and then get to know them before you join. The great thing about rovers is that you can do exactly that and you can come along for a few weeks to a crew's nightly activities with no obligation.
Naturally, you'll love us and won't want to try anywhere else. Why? Well, we have such a variety of people in our crew, you're bound to get along with somebody! We have drinkers, non-drinkers, motor-heads, environmentalists, the boisterous, the quiet, the organised, the disorganised, females and males, young and old, workers, students... No, we don't have a million people in our crew! In fact, we only have about 10.
How do we get along? We all have one thing in common: we are dedicated Rovers who just want to have fun, including a buggy which we hope to race next year at Mudbash! We are also the only crew that hold a Murder by Chocolate night and often enjoy a good yarn at the Pancake Parlour after our night is through.
Gravbrot meet in Doncaster which is part of Manningham District. We're proud to be part of Yarra Valley Manibobar Region. The name Manibobar is derived from the districts in it: MAninngham, NIllumbik, BOroondara and BAnyule. The final letter stands for Rovers.
So, when does Gravbrot Rover Crew meet?
We meet at 8pm on Thursday nights at:
3rd Doncaster East Scout Group
Manningham district Scout Hall
J.J Tully Drive, Doncaster
Melway Ref: 33F12
Feel free to contact us to find out more. We would love you to "Come play with us" (our new motto, unfortunately it was actually a Freudian slip from yours truly!)
